Great to see Mike share his story! We’ve been talking for quite some time online and will probably meet on some tennis tournament next time…

I have been building SBI sites since 2001. However, they were mostly support for a consulting business, and not really for making money online.

I got serious about taking what I had learned to the next level about a year ago. I started using my BrainstormIt! credits to find a niche that could generate the traffic I needed to monetize the site and one where the competition was manageable.

I’ve been following Tomaz’s efforts since I stumbled upon his tennis site (I’ve played all my life). I don’t quite remember how, but I stumbled upon his vacuum site last year while I was planning my niche. Read more

David and I have been exchanging ideas for quite some time over Skype and it’s always very interesting to see different angles of the same topic.

David is very passionate about his internet business and always comes up with new ideas so that I can barely follow all the things the does… ;)

1. Why did you decide for SBI?

I knew the type of reputation Dr. Evoy had so I tried it. Although I have been an internet marketer for years, I still don’t consider myself a techie.

With SBI, you “really” don’t have to be a techie at all. It really is that simple. Have I been happy with my purchase?

I own 3 SBI sites now so I think that speaks for itself. I wouldn’t pay $299 a year if I wasn’t making money. Read more

Book Cheap Flights and Hotels With Paypal

I’ve been researching the web for some time to find cheap flights and hotels that I could pay for with Paypal.

In other words, I’ve been looking for websites where I could book a cheap flight or book a hotel and complete my payment with Paypal.

There are some very useful sites that offer Paypal as the payment option and here’s what I’ve found so far:

Cheap Flights in the USA

If you’re travelling in the USA, these companies allow you to pay for your flight with Paypal:

  1. American Airlines (only for US, Puerto Rico and Virgin Islands residents)
  2. Northwest Airlines
  3. JetBlue Airways
  4. US Airways
  5. Hotwire.com (I tried booking one hotel in Paris, France with Hotwire and was unable to select Paypal as my payment option. The Hotwire support answer: »The reason why it would not let you choose this payment option is it is not available for this hotel.  The hotel may not accept Pay-pal for payment.« So it seems that Hotwire accepts Paypal only if the airline or the hotel does. Please share your experiences!) Read more

Having Success With Site Build It? Share Your Story!

If you have been having success with your websites built with Site Build It, I invite you to share your story.

There are so many indecisive people out there who have been scammed many times with various GRQ (Get Rich Quick) schemes and it’s natural that they are not sure whether Site Build It is a scam or not.

(Unfortunately, some (insert negative adjective) bloggers have been distorting the real value of SBI by posting their negative reviews and manipulating their rankings in Google for the »site build it review« search query.

These fake reviews (none of the reviewers have used Site Build It!) create even more doubt in the minds of potential buyers of SBI. If you’ve been using SBI and realize the real value it provides, then you can help by linking to my Site Build It Review page and getting my page rank better (currently at #7) and thus help new potential buyers of SBI get the real picture.)

Your story can make a difference and help someone start their journey towards financial and personal independence. Read more

Special thanks to Marius Bakken from marathon-training-schedule.com for being the first SBI-er to share his story on my blog. My questions to Marius are in bold

1. Why did you decide for SBI?

I first heard about SBI in 1999 when I bough Ken’s hardcover “Make Your Site Sell” book on how to build a website. I signed up to his newsletter all the way back in 2000 and have been on it since, but only eventually gave in a little over a year ago to sign up :)

In the meantime I ran a personal site called mariusbakken.com. It did well but I wanted a more business type approach to building a website. So I finally decided for the SBI solution when I had some time to follow that idea. Read more

How And What To Outsource

You may be looking to outsource some of the work related to your online business once it expands. I strongly recommend that if you’re just starting out, do everything yourself.

Write articles and share your passion and knowledge with other people, build links yourself by submitting articles, looking for link exchanges and using other link building strategies, and do all the other work related to your site, like setting up a newsletter, setting up an RSS feed and so on.

If you follow this process for a year or so, you’ll most likely start earning some money which you can then use to buy yourself more time.

In my opinion, there is almost an unlimited amount of money we can earn in our life, but only limited time that we’ll be here.

That’s why time is more precious than money and I use money to buy myself more time to do what I wish and not what I have to.

That’s where outsourcing comes in. What can you outsource? Read more
