Checking Out Chicago

I’ve been busy with tennis coaching in the last month hence lack of posts on freedomideas.com. ;(

But I was also planning to visit Chicago for some personal reasons – there are some personal development seminars that I will attend.

So if there’s anyone from Chicago that wants to pick my brain while they show me around, I’d be happy to do that.

Email me at tomaz at freedomideas.com or contact me through +38641923766. I’ll get a US prepaid phone once I get there…

I am arriving tomorrow on 10th and departing on 21st of June…

This is also another example of the freedom you can achieve with a home based online business. If you decide that you want to go somewhere at any point of time, you can actually do that.

You don’t need to take a holiday or get a permission from your boss. You also don’t worry about the price of that journey – I’ll actually earn more in these 11 days in Chicago than it will cost me for the whole trip – and that includes flying business class.

I hope that motivates you to keep your goal in mind and keep building your online businesses.

Will update this post with some pictures of my travels in Chicago…

Update: Chicago proved to be one of those typical American cities with huge skyscrapers, huge streets and huge portions of food. 😉

Very friendly people too!

  2. Hey – You’ll only be two hours away from me. (I live in Wisconsin) I can’t offer you a tour of Chicago, but if you want to travel north a little I can show you a little of Milwaukee, WI.

Good to hear from you again!

  3. Hey! The vacuum/tennis wizard is back…

Make sure to try some of that infamous Chicago deep dish pizza!
Must feel good knowing you’re still earning $$$ while you’re travelling.

  5. Have a great time, Tomaz! If you ever plan a trip to Los Angeles (great weather!), know you have a tour guide waiting!

  6. Thanks for the kind words and offering to be tour guides! LA is definitely a must see, Christy! Just not sure when… 😉

  7. Tomaz,

At first, your post made we want to change careers and become a tennis coach! Nope, don’t play but I am sure there are other coaches that would be true of.

But your post did make me want to copy your success in affiliate marketing. Thanks for the most powerful example of all — traveling while your site earns.

  8. Good to hear from you, Tomaz! I was wondering where you had disappeared. And you have someone else waiting in LA to show you around so definitely consider visiting LA next. I live 10 miles from Disneyland! 🙂

  10. By the time you read this you’ll probably have returned from your trip. Personal development is a topic I’ve taken a recent deeper interest in as well. I hope you might share more details of your seminar with us.

  11. Hi Tomaz

Hope you enjoyed Chicago – did you see Tony Robbins?

I’m sure you also watched tennis at Wimbledon this year. Nadal won at Wimbledon and Spain won the World Cup so I’m very happy 🙂

Tomaz, you look very healthy in this pic of you in Chicago… (Fish & Chips – I can eat only half of that. Here’s where US obesity begins…)

Must be the tan as I’m sure you’re not putting on weight 🙂
